About Specialised Disability Accommodation
Specialised Disability Accommodation, or SDA, is a range of housing built or modified with accessible features, such as wider doorways, ceiling hoists, and wheelchair accessible kitchens and bathrooms. SDA funds the dwelling itself. It does not fund your day to day support, which is usually arranged separately through Supported Independent Living or another support type.
